The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website. By using our website and placing an order you agree to be bound by them. These Conditions are the only Conditions under which goods will be supplied. All other Conditions, attempted or purported to be imposed by the Buyer or any third party, shall be overridden and of no effect.
 
The Contract is personal to the Buyer and is not capable of being assigned without the Sellers prior written consent.

Contract of Sale

The Contract of Sale is formed between the Buyer and Zenith Workforce Solutions Ltd at the time when we despatch your order.

Title in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment is received in full. Risk in the goods will pass at the time when Buyer accepts delivery of the goods.

Pricing

The price shown on our website is the price you will be charged. Remember, UK purchases attract VAT which is charged at the prevailing rate.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 1 business day from receipt if we receive your order before 2pm. If your order is received after 2pm, your order will be despatched within 48 hours.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return in the same condition and original packaging intact within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange wherever possible. If a replacement cannot be found, we will refund the amount you paid onto the original card. Return post, packing and related costs cannot be refunded. For faulty goods please contact us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

Payment can be made securely on line. The card holder’s address must be the same as the delivery address. Alternatively, please print out your order and send it with a UK cheque made payable to Zenith Workforce Solutions Ltd, The Epps Building, Bridge Road, Ashford, Kent. TN23 1BB. Please note that goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared.

Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature. If you do not wish any substitutions to be made, then please tell us at the time of placing your order. We reserve the right to make any change in specification to the goods, which might be necessary to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements or to ensure continued availability where such change does not materially affect the performance or quality of the goods in question.

Disclaimer

All express or implied conditions or warranties, statutory or otherwise, Zenith Workforce Solutions Ltd as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the goods are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Under no circumstances shall Zenith Workforce Solutions Ltd be liable for any loss of profit to Buyer or other consequential loss however arising.

Jurisdiction

The Laws of England shall govern this Contract.
